At Ceres Chill, we want you to feel as confident in your style as you do in your daily life. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
